This is for today's IC - these tapes. I don't know why these are called emerald b/c on my computer they are all 3 blue & white! Thank you Angie for all the places you've taken us for inspiration. I liked this one too much - placed an order!
This is also for Holly's FF20 challenge, Let It Snow, non-white snowflakes. For my card, I used white shimmer for the main panel & a blue glitter for the snowflake. I sponged Bashful Blue in a circle for the background of the flake. I die cut the snowflake & used spray glue to attach. That was a hint from Sallie a long time ago. I then stamped the sentiment & snowflake group in Ballet Blue. The greeting is an old Flourishes set. The credit for this card is here.

I can't believe you used shimmer paper for your pretty blue snowflakes, Karen! The sparkly one is Beautiful and I like the way the smaller ones look surrounding it!
